It is recommended that you search the FAQs and the Known Issues section and also the Winlog32 FORUM within this site first to see if your question can be answered there, this may save time for everyone and don't forget that there is a comprehensive help file.
The Winlog32 Forum is a useful resouce for problem solving, questions, answers and comments, another user may have already asked the question and found the answer.
There is no guarantee that your problem can be fixed but the Author will try his best.

If you are going to report a problem or a potential bug, then it is important that you  state the following information:

  • Current Winlog Version and build number. (from Menu/Help/'About' Window)
  • Operating System (Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/Vista/7)
  • Step-by-Step instructions on how to reproduce your problem. It helps the author to be able to see the error for himself or at least know exactly at what point and what you are doing when the problem occurred.
